Hi, I’m Jennifer!
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Coach and Hormone Health Expert with a deep passion for helping women take control of their fertility and overall health. Before coaching, I spent years writing and editing thousands of articles on fertility, infertility and reproductive health. During that time, I noticed a glaring gap—so much of the conversation centered on illness, but not enough on wellness. Women were given diagnoses and protocols, but not the knowledge or support to truly optimize their health and fertility from the inside out.
That realization led me to study integrative nutrition and women’s functional and integrative medicine so I could help women take a 360-degree view of their hormonal health. Today, I work with women to implement science-backed nutrition and lifestyle strategies to prepare their bodies for conception, navigate fertility treatments with less stress, and feel stronger, healthier, and more in control.
But this isn’t just what I teach—it’s what I lived.
When I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility, I felt broken. Every cycle, every test, every two-week wait consumed me. The anxiety, the uncertainty, the feeling that my body was failing me—it was overwhelming. And yet, deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
It was only when I focused on what I could control—nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and mind-body practices—that everything changed. I became healthier, more resilient, and more grounded. I wasn’t just surviving the journey anymore—I was living through it with strength, clarity and even moments of joy.
