Hi, I’m Jennifer!
I am an integrative nutrition health coach and hormonal health expert. I have literally written and edited thousands of articles on reproductive health. It was during that time that I became keenly aware that there is a lot of focus on illness but not enough on wellness as it pertains to women’s health, fertility and peri/menopause.
I studied integrative nutrition and women’s functional and integrative medicine so I could support women in taking a 360-degree view of their hormonal health and implement nutrition and lifestyle changes to better manage this season of life.
You’re probably unprepared for peri/menopause because you’re not informed. And that’s not your fault.
If I had a nickel for every time a woman said something like this to me, “My doctor told me it sounds like I’m in peri/menopause and it’s going to be a long, bumpy ride, and didn’t offer any support”, I’d have a crazy amount of nickels.
Too many women are seeing their doctors for symptoms including weight gain, brain fog, hot flashes and insomnia, and told they’re going to have to just deal with it.
Not me. I am on a mission to empower women to be flip the script on peri/menopause.
