Hi, I’m Jennifer!

With more than 2 decades of experience writing and editing about women’s reproductive health, and 6 years actively coaching women through menopause and fertility challenges, I bring a unique perspective to women’s hormone health. As a certified coach and hormone health expert, I’ve helped hundreds of women reclaim their wellness and confidence during pivotal transitions.

What I discovered through this work was concerning: while there’s endless information about what can go wrong with women’s bodies, there’s precious little guidance on how to thrive during menopause.

This gap in women’s healthcare inspired me to take action. I completed advanced certifications in integrative nutrition and women’s functional and integrative medicine. This comprehensive training allows me to offer something different: a whole-body approach that combines cutting-edge hormone science with practical, natural solutions.

Here’s what I see every day: women telling me their doctors dismissed their symptoms with a casual “that’s just menopause” and no real support. Women struggling with weight gain, brain fog, hot flashes and insomnia, being told to “just deal with it.” Women feeling lost and alone during what should be an empowering life transition.

I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I created the Perimenopause Empowerment Collective. This isn’t just another menopause program – it’s a revolution in how we approach this natural life transition.
