You’re probably here because:

You want to leave no stone unturned in your journey to get pregnant.

Infertility is impacting every area of your life, and you know there must be a way to feel better during the process.

You suspect diet and nutrition are affecting your fertility.

You’ve been curious about yoga and meditation for fertility, and how it can benefit you.

You’d love to feel less alone and have connection to people who really get what infertility is like.

A whole-body approach to fertility makes sense, but you just don’t know where to start.

Inspired by our own fertility journeys, years of research, extensive education, several certifications + hundreds of hours working with 1-on-1 clients, Kerry + Jennifer have developed a group program to help you optimize fertility treatment + develop a more positive and hopeful mindset within a small community of like-minded women.

CCRM Fertility is dedicated to giving more families more answers while providing the fastest path to the healthiest baby. CCRM physicians work closely with Kerry Hinds and Jennifer Redmond and will be available to answer questions and provide additional advice and support to the Fertility Foundations program members.

Jennifer was willing to work with me where I was, not overload me with changes. She is focused on sustained changes that will stick with you. She’s gentle but tough, encouraging but also really holds you accountable to look inward to better understand why you’re holding yourself back. She is also so incredibly positive, it’s great to have someone like her to remind you to celebrate your wins along the way!

Here’s how the program works.

Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with an intake form, a program outline and access to the entire program where we’re available to answer any questions you may have.

Each week’s class will consist of:

  • Live training with Q+A
  • Member check-ins (share as much as you are comfortable with)
  • Live group meditation
  • Live yoga practice

Plus, access to:

  • A private online member portal for support between sessions from Kerry, Jennifer and the community
  • CCRM’s fertility specialists for Q+A + advice
  • Weekly suggestions for self-reflection and continued practice
  • A recording of the week’s training to review the content, or integrate the meditation or yoga class into your week

On my journey towards motherhood through IVF I came to realize the important connection between mind + body as I tried to make sense of repeated failures. Joining Fertile Body Yoga was an important contribution to my success in finally becoming pregnant. The class is a unique combination of movement, breathing, visualization, energy work + great companionship on what can be a very challenging path. The wonderful guidance + mentoring of Kerry was something I looked forward to each week.

            K.S.

There is an overwhelming amount of information out there about fertility diets & what to do during fertility treatments. Working with Jennifer made that all manageable. She is the best supporter, she listens and helps you navigate this journey. The information I gained during my time working with her are things I will use forever. It began as something to help me with fertility but it has helped me so much in my life that I will continue even after my fertility journey has ended.

            FAQs

Is this program safe to do while during an IUI/IVF/FET/Stim/Natural cycle?

Yes. The trainings are appropriate regardless of where you are in your cycle, and we are happy to address any questions you may have. The yoga practiced during this program is gentle and mindful. Kerry offers modifications for postures in alignment with whatever cycle you are in.

I'm new to the fertility world / I've done multiple cycles, is this for me?

Yes. This program is beneficial at any time in your fertility journey.

Is this program safe to do with PCOS?

Yes. All content is appropriate if you have a PCOS diagnosis and/or symptoms. We’ll be happy to address any specific questions or concerns that arise during the program.

I am not flexible, will I be able to do the yoga practice?

Yes.  The style of yoga used in this program is on the softer side of yoga – meaning it is slower and emphasizes movement that feels comfortable and good in your body.

I have secondary infertility; am I welcome to join the group?

You are welcome to join the group. The emotional well-being of our community is very important to us, so out of consideration for all members we ask that no children are visible on screen during our live sessions. In instances where our members are paired up, we will aim to pair you with another person experiencing secondary infertility.

What happens if I get pregnant while enrolled in the program?

If you become pregnant during the program, please notify Jennifer and Kerry. That information may be trigging for other group members, and we can help you navigate that before announcing to the group. We will also provide you with program modifications as necessary.

            What is your refund policy?

The program is non-refundable and non-transferable.
