A 2-week nutritional Reset with 3 special, in-person tailored workouts to help you feel nourished and energized.

We’ll meet at the FIT House in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA,  for 3 sessions:  to kick-off and wrap-up the Reset, review your progress, move with intention and cultivate connection through meaningful share circles with other  participants.

  • You’ll get a nutrition reset handbook, and a recipe book with delicious easy to prepare recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

  • You’ll get a TON of support from us and your fellow group members via our private, members-only app.
  • You’ll get accountability, which includes tracking your measurements (live or virtually) if that feels supportive to you.

    Hi, I’m Jennifer Redmond. I’m an integrative nutrition health coach and hormonal health expert. I believe that women must be empowered with information and resources to understand and manage symptoms of hormonal (im)balance in all stages of life. I studied integrative nutrition and women’s functional and integrative medicine so I can support women in taking a 360-degree view of their wellness and implement dietary and lifestyle changes that are right for them.  

    Hi, I’m Emily McCavanagh: small but mighty. I have been committed to helping people FIND THEIR FIT for the past 20 years. My company, F.I.T.-fitness inspired training, was developed to educate, challenge & inspire people to live their best life by creating connections to fitness that lead to long-term, sustainable habits. Today I combine my expertise as a trainer and sport performance coach to help people discover the emotional and physical results that happen when you focus on finding a custom approach to match your wants, needs and lifestyle.

    • 1/19, Nutrition Reset ends
