Hi, I’m Jennifer Redmond. I’m an integrative nutrition health coach and hormonal health expert. I believe that women must be empowered with information and resources to understand and manage symptoms of hormonal (im)balance in all stages of life. I studied integrative nutrition and women’s functional and integrative medicine so I can support women in taking a 360-degree view of their wellness and implement dietary and lifestyle changes that are right for them.
