  1. Start your day with a glass of lemon water.
  2. Have breakfast each morning that includes protein.
  3. Eat the rainbow: 8-10 servings of colorful veggies a day.
  4. Eliminate fast carbs.

  6. Add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed to your diet daily.
  7. Eat Omega-3s from wild fish and legumes several times a week.
