Winter is officially here – today is the shortest day, and the longest night of the year. This definitely calls for chocolate!

My chocolate truffle recipe is so good. All real ingredients. No artificial nonsense.

  • 1 C raw cashew
  • ¼ C cacao powder
  • ¼ C raw liquid honey
  • ⅛ C hemp seeds
  • ⅛ C chia seeds
  • ⅛ C shredded coconut
  • 2 T coconut oil, gently melted
  • 1 small pinch vanilla bean seeds
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions:

  1. Process all dry ingredients in a food processor until finely ground. Add honey and oil and process again.
  2. Roll into balls by the teaspoonful. Keep in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid in your fridge for a week or in your freezer for a month.
