I have a reflection for you to take into the weekend:
How do you want to feel, physically and emotionally, going into your upcoming fertility treatment cycle?
Or if you are trying to get pregnant, and not using fertility treatment:
How do you want to feel, physically and emotionally, while you are trying to conceive?
Ask yourself the question, and see what comes to mind. I encourage you to get out a journal and write it down. For my clients, it’s often things like, optimistic, centered, less nervous.
Breathe deeply and imagine what it will be like when you are less stressed, feeling centered or less nervous – or whatever came to mind when you asked yourself the question. And then think about what will support you in getting there.
