Happy March 4th!

Did you know today is the only day of the year that’s also a gentle push? I think the calendar might know something we don’t.

In last week’s panel discussion, many in my community spent time together mapping out a 90-day fertility roadmap, and I loved every moment of that conversation.

But here’s what I keep thinking about since then: A map is only useful if you actually take a different road.

And because I care so much about your journey, I want to ask you, What would it feel like if this month looked genuinely different from February? And January?

Not more effort. Not perfect. Just… different.

Here’s what I’ve noticed in years of walking alongside women on this path: it’s rarely about trying harder. It’s about trying differently. A small, intentional shift in the right place can create a ripple effect you didn’t see coming.

So as we step into March together, here are three places to begin:

  • Nourish with intention. One addition. One swap. One moment each day where you feed your body something it’s been asking for, whether that’s a nutrient, a breath or a boundary.
  • Let rest be sacred. Not something you squeeze in when everything else is done. Rest is part of the work. Your nervous system, your hormones your hope – they all need it.
  • Take the step you’ve been postponing. Somewhere in the back of your mind, there’s a next move you haven’t made yet. An appointment. A conversation with your doctor. A question you’ve been holding. This month, let’s bring it forward.

You are not behind. You are not broken. And you do not have to keep walking this road alone or without proper support tailored to exactly where you are right now.

If you’re ready to take that next step with someone truly in your corner, I’d love to meet with you one-on-one. A personal consult gives us the space to look at your unique situation – your body, your timeline, your roadmap – and figure out together what moving forward actually looks like for you.

I’m with you every step.
