Nothing changes if nothing changes.

I said this in last week’s webinar, and I’ve been sitting with it because it’s simple and it’s profound. And if you’re in the middle of a fertility journey, it might be exactly what you need to hear right now.

When you’re in the thick of it – the appointments, the waiting, the hope and the heartbreak – it’s easy to slip into fight or flight. Your nervous system is working overtime. Everything feels urgent and nothing feels certain. And somewhere in that you lose the thread of what you can actually do, what actually matters, what your next right step even is.

Here’s what I want you to know: that feeling of being out of control? It’s not a failure. It’s a stress response. And it’s one of the most important things to address on your journey, because when your body is in survival mode, it is not in a receptive and resourced state. Fertility needs both.

Fertility isn’t just a reproductive event. It’s a whole body state.

This past month, here’s what I’ve been working on with my clients:

→ Nutrition that fuels fertility, and also your energy and mood. Because you deserve to feel good right now, not just “when this works.”

→ Learning to stay present through each phase of a treatment cycle, from priming, through stims and monitoring, to retrieval, transfer and the two week wait. Each phase asks something different of you emotionally and physically. You don’t have to hold your breath and wait.

→ Managing relationships and boundaries, with partners, family, friends and coworkers who ask the wrong questions, who say the wrong things and who need what you can’t give right now. Your energy is precious. Protecting it is not selfish. It’s strategy.

→ Navigating big decisions with clarity and what to ask when you’re considering donor egg, moving from IUI to IVF, changing protocols or getting a second opinion. You deserve to feel informed and empowered, not just doing what you’re told.

Honestly? What the right changes are – that’s different for everyone. Every body is different. Every journey is different. What I know absolutely is that the women I work with don’t necessarily need more information. They need someone to help them figure out what’s true for them, and then help them take the next step.

That’s exactly what a free fertility support session is for.

45 minutes. Just you and your journey and what comes next. We’ll get clear on where you are, what’s getting in the way and what changes are going to move the needle for you, whether that’s working with me or not. You’ll leave with clarity. That I can promise.

Schedule your free 45-minute fertility support session.

You don’t have to keep doing the same thing and hoping for a different outcome. Something needs to change. Let’s figure out what.
