Welcome to October! It’s a little chilly here north of Boston; I’ve got a blanket on my lap early this morning as I write this post.
I’ve been thinking about how fall has a distinct rhythm. And I’m curious – as the season shifts, and your fertility plan is happening or shifting or evolving, have you considered consider gently shifting your routines and setting habits to support you?
Why fall is wonderful time to reset
Fall brings a pull toward structure, and you can use it to your advantage:
- Ground your habits. What feels important to to support your fertility this season?
- Build consistency. Your body thrives on predictable rhythms.
- Eat seasonally. Warm breakfasts, hearty soups and roasted veggies keep blood sugar steady and support your hormones.
Think of this as setting your foundation for your fertility.
Simple habits that stick
Start small:
- Begin your day with protein + fiber + healthy fat.
- Create a bedtime wind-down ritual, even a 5-minute pause that gently nudges your mind + body towards sleep.
- Batch cook one thing each week.
- Focus on one new habit this month. Fill in the blank: The #1 thing I should do to support my fertility is ____________________.
Small, consistent steps beat big overhauls every time.
I have openings in my calendar for 3 new 1:1 clients. If you’d like to explore working together, schedule a call here.
Welcome to October. Welcome to the possibilities that change brings. 🧡

Jennifer
