- This group reset will be 14 days, from February 19 – March 3.
- This reset is whole foods based, meaning you’ll be eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. You won’t go hungry, I promise.
- We’ll be joined by a fitness trainer and sports performance coach who has created exercises to support, not deplete, you during the reset and beyond.
