Winter is officially here – today is the shortest day, and the longest night of the year. This definitely calls for chocolate!
My chocolate truffle recipe is so good. All real ingredients. No artificial nonsense.
- 1 C raw cashew
- ¼ C cacao powder
- ¼ C raw liquid honey
- ⅛ C hemp seeds
- ⅛ C chia seeds
- ⅛ C shredded coconut
- 2 T coconut oil, gently melted
- 1 small pinch vanilla bean seeds
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions:
- Process all dry ingredients in a food processor until finely ground. Add honey and oil and process again.
- Roll into balls by the teaspoonful. Keep in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid in your fridge for a week or in your freezer for a month.
