“Much more than the number on the scale is how I feel. Jenn inspired me to eat real food. Thank you so much for the talk. It truly inspired me to STOP dieting and start living well,” Lunch & Learn attendee.

That’s feedback from a woman who attended the Lunch & Learn I spoke at a couple of weeks ago, where I talked about healthy hormones, and how whole-body health – whole-woman health – can address many hormone-related conditions, including:

  • Fatigue
  • Migraines
  • Sleep issues
  • PCOS
  • Fibroids
  • Weight gain
  • Anxiety/depression
  • Mood swings
  • Irregular periods

How do you get there? Start with nutrition:

  • Eat real food
  • Eat healthy proteins, including more plant-based protein
  • Eat slow carbs vs. fast carbs
  • Stay hydrated
  • Reconsider caffeine, alcohol, dairy, sugar and gluten

And don’t forget the other things that nourish you, including:

  • Relationships
  • Movement
  • Time in nature
  • Joy
  • Social life
  • Home environment
  • Spirituality

After all, you can eat all the organic kale in the world, but if you’re not getting nourishment outside of food, your health and your hormones will be out of balance.

Obviously, we were only able to scratch the surface – I dive much, much deeper with my clients.

If you’d like to learn more about whole body health for your hormones and your fertility, let’s schedule a Fertility Deep Dive Strategy Session. I’d love to support you.
