My client, Carly, was prepping for a frozen embryo transfer when we started working together. She was struggling with planning and cooking healthy meals to give her the nutrients she needed and satisfy her hunger.
Here, Carly talks about the changes she made and how they supported her on her IVF journey.
What have been your results?
I have been able to get more creative with my meal prep which has not only helped me satisfy the hunger but also feel like I am getting well balanced meals each day. Also, you had me try meditation and I have grown to really enjoy that.
I feel like my mindset is much better than when I started with you, having you as an outlet to vent/talk or just get helpful resources from has been incredibly helpful.
Why was it worth it for you to invest in your health this way?
During my struggle with infertility I feel like I naturally put a lot of pressure on myself and my body, it was worth it for me to take a step back and think about things in a different way with your help. Whether that be revamping what I was eating and making sure I was getting the right foods each day to getting my mind/spirit in a much better place. I feel like I went into my last transfer in a much better head space than the last few and maybe that’s why this one worked?!
What would you say to someone considering working with me?
Do it! Going through infertility is hard and having Jennifer there to help support and encourage me has been extremely helpful for not only my body but my mind as well.
