Why put off until the new year making changes that are going impact your life for the better?
Intention setting, however, I believe in 100%.
I do a year-end review of what was good and what wasn’t so good. I take lots of time to think it through and write it down.
I take this clarity and make a list of intentions for the new year. I also make a list of things that no longer serve me. They’re not long lists – each has maybe 1, 2 or 3 things to focus on.
Those lists might include relationships, business, thought patterns, practices, health, wellness … I cover all the bases.
And then I do a ritual at the beach to reinforce what I want more of and what I want less of in the upcoming year.
